Contrary to received opinion, conflicts of interest are not a major problem in the public sector and can be handled with some clear, common sense guidelines underpinned by a culture of openness and transparency.  

In this short two hour workshop, David Nicholl will provide some practical tips and best practice guidelines that, if followed, will enable organisations to identify and handle conflicts of interest promptly and effectively.

David has advised more than 100 public bodies on conflicts of interests and other ethical standards issues.  He regularly provides advice on sensitive and difficult conflict of interest situations.
